Two gatherings that moved Rotary toward peace.
The Rotary World Peace Conference draws nearly 1,800 people. Its work on peace and conflict prevention helps launch human trafficking prevention efforts in Northern California.
The Rotary World Peace Conference in Ontario, California brings together more than 1,000 adults, 250 Interact students and 160 speakers, including Rotary International President Mark Maloney and IEP founder Steve Killelea. Eight Rotary districts host it, with Rudy Westervelt as chair.
The Rotary Club of Newport Beach, the only Rotary club with booth space at the conference, fills two booths and shows its original 4-6-8-17 banner, the first public version of the framework behind this website.
